This is a Sample Wedding Photography Contract Agreement

This is to confirm that Your Name has/have elected to utilize the contract photography services of
MartinasWeb.com, an independent contractor, on Date from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm at the following location(s):

The rehearsal has been scheduled for Date at 6:00 pm at the above location. MartinasWeb.com will
reserve these times and not schedule any other projects with her other clients during the times specified
in this agreement. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or if the
wedding is cancelled for any reason.
The service fee for the items above is $600.00 this includes, photos of the wedding, posed photos
with wedding the party after the wedding and an hour of reception photos. Any photography not specified
in the Pricing Bid will be billed at $150.00 an hour. A deposit of 25% is due at the signing of this agreement,
the remainder being due the date of the event. The deposit can be mailed to My Address or made in person.
Unless otherwise specified it is understood that the 150 + high resolution images taken for the event and
burned on CD the images may be used with permission for advertising, display or any other purpose thought proper
by MartinasWeb.com or Your Name. In short payment is for photography services and photo lab editing not for
image rights or printing services.
If MartinasWeb.com cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire, acts of nature,
terror, illness, injury or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then MartinasWeb.com will return all
fees to the Your Name but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on
liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through
camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer. Martina will provide
the names of possible back-up photographers when requested.
