Contract Agreement
This is to confirm that Your Name has elected to utilize the contract photography services of Martina Kolmeder on
Date & Time at the following location(s):

The rehearsal has been scheduled for Date & Time at the same location. Martina Kolmeder will reserve these times and make no
other reservations for the specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or
if the wedding becomes cancelled for any reason.
Martina Kolmeder will take photos at a rate of $150.00 an hour. Photo editing, a photo CD of the 150 + high- resolution
images, and rehearsal attendance is provided at no additional charge (Martina Kolmeder will not attend the rehearsal dinner).
Martina Kolmeder will take photos before the wedding, photos of the wedding, photos with wedding the party, and photos after the
wedding and reception photos. In short Martina Kolmeder will attempt to take photos of all events pertaining to the wedding and
wedding guests as long as time allows. Martina Kolmeder will use the rehearsal attendance to gain a better understanding of any
other special photography requests and will make every effort to take all requested photos. Martina Kolmeder will also be
allowed to discretely move about during the event to take photos using her flash is needed.
An additional one-time travel fee of $50.00 will be charged since the wedding location is more than 30 minutes away from the
home studios of Martina Kolmeder. See directions below:

Based on the time of required photography service (300.00), travel (50.00), and sales tax ($28.00) the total amount
due for this event is $378.00. A deposit of 25% is due ($94.72) at the signing of this agreement, the remainder ($283.28) being
due one week before the date of the event. The deposit can be mailed to The Colony Texas 75056 or made in person.
Unless otherwise specified, it is understood that the 150 + high resolution images taken for the event and burned on CD may be
used for advertising, display or any other purpose thought proper by Martina Kolmeder or Your Name. In short payment is for
photography services, photo lab editing and image rights. Martina Kolmeder will offer no printing services. Please keep this
contract with you when printing your images, as some photo printers may not print the images without printing rights.
If Martina Kolmeder cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire, acts of nature, terror, illness,
injury or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then Martina Kolmeder will return all fees to the Your Name but shall
have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that
photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without
fault on the part of Photographer. Martina will provide the names of possible back-up photographers if requested.
