About New Shoes for Little Feet
As we approach the 2006 holiday season, we are also celebrating the 10th Annual drive for "New Shoes for Little Feet".
Each year has brought this local charity greater appeal and success. The success of this tradition is in part due
to the generous and consistent participation of you and the business community.
Children's New Shoes for Little Feet Distribution Party 2006
Everyone is Welcome.
When: December 16th from 12 to 3 PM.
Location: Holy Cross Education Center at 7000 Morning Star Dr. in the The Colony.

How Business Owners Can Help
We would like to ask your business to provide a location where the public will be allowed to leave new shoe donations.
We are so grateful for the past years successes. Two years ago Congressman Michael Burgess presented this
appeal with a proclamation citing "New Shoes for Little Feet" as one of the top charities in this community
and in the State.
A copy of this proclamation sits in the Library of Congress. In 2004 we distributed 848 pairs of shoes to needy children.
With your help, we can do this again!
Here's How Your Business can Directly Contribute to this Shoe Drive
 Provide a location in your business where shoes can be left with reasonable security.
Use your business to attract attention to the appeal.
Restaurants wishing to donate hot food on distribution day will be recognized as sponsors.
Money is always appreciated. It is estimated that $500.00 in donations buys 15 or more pairs of
shoes, depending on a child’s age and shoe size.
